Was it our imagination, or did EVERYONE have a wonderful time? Well our first dance at the Reception was divine and felt as if Aran and I were in the eye of a Hurricane. My dance with my Dad was just like our affectionate love for each other, but also our strong-willed life together - Who's leading who? And Aran's dance with his Mother was priceless. Their moment was filled with laughter, tenderness, memories and seemed to be an honoring of a timeless connection.
Barbara as our Maid of Honor and King Louie as our Best Man, both did us proud with their toasts. Your words were touching and real, just as your relationships have been to us and now are our mates. (To read Jessica's toast, click here) And who could forget the last dance of the night? The Divine Gingras Sisterhood took votive candles in hand and blessed us with a dance, a chant and a deep understanding of things to come. You ladies stripped us down to our souls, revealing only what is necessary to be human and to love, and of course to love with all we have.
We thank all of the Aunts/Matantes, Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers, Cousins, and Friends who have taught us how to fearlessly love, for that is the only way to get it all. And we passionately say, "Bring it On!!!"
